FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and offer FREE delivery with one of our courier partners TNT express or Fastway. Please note that some remote NT, WA and QLD locations will incur an additional delivery charge which we will contact you after your order has been placed. You will then have the option to pay the additional small handling fee, or accept a full refund. We normally process all orders and dispatch within 24-48hrs. Please note deliveries will vary from 2 to 11 working days depending on location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Rug Select we understand that sometimes people like to be able to touch and feel products before buying and that's why we introduced the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item (in its original condition) within 14 days of the date of shipment, for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked! (Please note the buyer pays return shipping, and the product must be returned in the original packaging).
MANUFACTURE FAULT RETURNS
All rugs received with a manufacture fault will be happily refunded in full. To quality for a manufacture fault return, simply email us on
email@example.com with a description of the fault and a clear photo of the fault. If Rug Select agrees the fault is valid, we will gladly give you the option of an exchange of the same rug or a full refund. Please note that manufacture faults must be claimed within 7 days of receiving.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Currently Rug Select do not ship outside of Australia.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
